It is a great resort with very good infrastructure and options for activities. We got great support from our welcomer Pin to find suiting entertainment, bars with live music, boat trips and much more. The service was excellent. It is situated a bit outside the city however there are many shuttles, taxis and other transport options organized by the resort.

Best resort in the phuket and miss receptionist MISS TAKKY.

The prefect place for the holiday vacation From the hotel location , to food , to hosting , to taking care of each and everything of our family . I would recommend to stay here everyone coming to phuket . And how could I forget the best receptionist MISS TAKKY she had took so much care of my family and would recommend the hotel owner that you have the best person in your hotel which would take your hotel to great heights.

3D and 2N wasn't enough to fully enjoy our lovely family holiday at the resort. The beach is just a few steps away, the pool was lovely and there are plenty of restaurants across from the hotel offering a variety of choices. Additionally, there's a pharmacy, and you can rent cars and bikes as well. The check-in process was fast and well-explained by the front desk staff, Kela, and we were escorted to our room by Doug the room is spacious, clean, and cold they had flip flop too so if you forget to bring yours have no worry. The concierge, Khib and Farhan, were both friendly and helpful during both check-in and checkout. We enjoyed breakfast for two days, and the food was delicious with a wide variety offered in the buffet at the Aqua Restaurant, which features both indoor and outdoor dining areas. A special mention goes to the hostess Pookie, who was so friendly to our 1-year-old son, and Pras, who greeted us warmly and ensured we had a pleasant stay. We had a great time participating in the marine walk activity on their beach. A dinner highlight was the Tamarind Restaurant, where we enjoyed Thai food two days in a row. The ambiance was great, with live music, and the food was fantastic. Many thanks to the chef and the restaurant staff for their excellent service

The Pullman Panwa is our "HAPPY PLACE"! The hotel is truly beautiful, situated in a quiet bay, and we've been coming back here for several years now! Above all, the people who work there make the resort a special place. Especially: Tee, Pin, Daniel, Kate & Ning, we won't forget them anytime soon! :-) We usually book a SeaView Room, and the view from the balcony is simply stunning. Restaurants, massage parlors, and a 7Eleven are within walking distance. We'll be back - see you soon!

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the detailed explanations of the hotel facilities, the experience was truly memorable. The room upgrade provided by Ms. Takky was a delightful surprise and greatly enhanced our stay. Her hospitality and thoroughness in explaining the facilities added to the overall enjoyment of our time at the hotel.
